John Duzansky

Director

John Duzansky is a Director of Acquisitions at LBA Logistics in Chicago, where he focuses on sourcing and executing industrial acquisitions and development opportunities across the Central Region, with an emphasis on major Midwest and Texas markets. He also works closely with the leasing and asset management teams in overseeing LBA’s existing Central portfolio totaling more than 28 million square feet.

Since joining LBA in 2019, John has been involved in over $2 billion of industrial real estate transactions across the United States. Prior to LBA, he began his career at GLP.  John is an active member of NAIOP.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa.

Doug Houser

Seefried Industrial Properties
VP of Development - Midwest

Mr. Houser joined Seefried Properties in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing both build-to-suit and speculative industrial development projects throughout the Midwest. His responsibilities span the full development lifecycle, including site selection, financing, due diligence, entitlements, land acquisition, design, construction, leasing, and disposition activities.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Houser served as a Senior Project Manager with ARCO/Murray National Construction for over seven years. His role included project management and business development as a design-build contractor, primarily focused on the heavy industrial and manufacturing market sectors.

Kayla Wagner

Kayla joined Bridge in March of 2025 and oversees all first- and second-generation leasing throughout the Chicago Region.

Before joining Bridge, Kayla worked at Link Logistics, where she was responsible for asset management and leasing throughout their Chicago and Milwaukee portfolio.

 

Kayla is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate, and Management. She is an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals).

Tyler Ziebel

Senior Vice President

Clients rely on Tyler Ziebel for his expertise in investment sales of institutional quality industrial properties ranging in value from $10 million to $500 million. Since joining Colliers | Chicago’s Capital Markets team as a Senior Associate in 2016, he has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of more than 83 million square feet of industrial product on completed transactions totaling $6.6 billion in market value. The Capital Markets team is consistently recognized as the top industrial sales group in Chicago, closing over $3 billion in sales in the last three years.

Prior to joining Colliers, Tyler was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Services Group at Duff & Phelps, where he worked on the valuation and consulting of more than 3,000 individual real assets for large institutional clients.
