The Awards for Excellence has a long history of supporting charitable causes while also promoting recognition of the real estate industry.
Make a DonationCREDA Chicago Foundation
The 501c3 arm of the CREDA Chicago Chapter is dedicated to furthering the work of the University Scholarship program, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and advocating for policy efforts in the industry.
University Initiative
In 2014, CREDA Chicago launched their University Initiative and now donates the revenue from the Awards event to fund the University Scholarship Program, which supports and encourages the next generation of real estate professionals.
Local Charities
Previously, CREDA Chicago partnered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, donating over $350,000 to their efforts in the Chicagoland area, and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, raising more than $250,000 to enhance and expand their programs for children and families.
