Andy Cvengros

Executive Managing Director, Brokerage

Andy Cvengros is an Executive Managing Director and Co-Lead of JLL’s U.S. Data Center Markets team and is member of the firm’s Technology Solutions Practice. Focusing on mission-critical transactions, portfolio analysis and valuations, Andy assists his clients in strategic planning; acquisition and disposition of heavy infrastructure and data center assets; financial analysis; geographic risk planning; lease analysis and negotiations; market valuations and technology consulting services. He has worked with many multi-national Fortune-500 organizations to help define and implement their data center sourcing and site selection strategy globally.

Prior to joining JLL, Andy worked within Hewlett Packard’s Data Center Consulting group (formerly EYP) assisting clients in aligning their IT, facility and business requirements. He draws on his experience in working with IT to match virtualization, cloud computing and disaster recovery strategies to data center facility builds and capacity planning. By understanding the dynamic drivers of a data center, he is able to provide valuable insight to all parties.

Zack Weinstein

Vice President, Site Selection
Related Digital

Zack Weinstein is Vice President of Site Selection at Related Digital, the data center development platform of Related Companies. He leads location strategy, site sourcing, land acquisition, and pre-development activities for data center investments across the United States. His work encompasses power and infrastructure planning, commercial negotiations, permitting and entitlements, economic development, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Related, Zack spent four and a half years at Meta on its Infrastructure Data Center Strategy team. As Site Selection Manager, he led location strategy, site sourcing, and pre-development diligence for hyperscale data center campuses across the United States. Previously, as Economic Development Manager, he led state and local government, economic development agency, and community engagement for new data center locations and expansions. He also worked with industry trade associations and public-sector stakeholders to advance new sales tax exemption programs supporting responsible data center investment and provided industry perspectives on proposed legislation affecting the growth and continued operation of hyperscale facilities.

Earlier in his career, Zack spent eight years at Ernst & Young in the Global Incentives and Location Services practice, most recently as a Senior Manager based in Chicago. He advised corporate clients on site selection and economic development strategy across the advanced manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors. He also co-led the practice’s Asia-Pacific activities from Hong Kong, advising Asia-Pacific-headquartered companies on U.S. inbound investment.

Zack earned a B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with majors in Accounting and Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. He is a CPA and an Illinois-licensed real estate broker, both currently inactive.

Zack serves on the board of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, which supports gastrointestinal cancer research and real estate education. He lives in Chicago’s North Shore suburbs with his wife and three children.
